These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dreambook and the services we provide at dreambook.it.com. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Please note: This page is a general template and is not legal advice. Betting and gaming laws in India vary by state and can change. You are responsible for checking whether online betting is permitted where you live.
By using Dreambook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These documents together form the agreement between you and us.
If we update these Terms, continued use of the platform after the changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
You may use Dreambook only if you meet all of the following conditions:
You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws. If betting is restricted or prohibited in your state or region, you must not use the platform. We may refuse or close accounts that do not meet these conditions.
When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Giving false details may lead to account suspension and the loss of any funds involved.
Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate or multiple accounts opened by the same person may be closed, and related bonuses or winnings may be voided.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your password. Tell us straight away if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We may ask you to verify your identity at any time. This can include a Know Your Customer (KYC) check with documents such as a government-issued ID and proof of address. We may hold deposits, bets, or withdrawals until verification is complete.
All balances and transactions on Dreambook are handled in Indian Rupees (₹).
You can add funds using common Indian payment options, including UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Net Banking, and IMPS.
Minimum and maximum amounts may apply to deposits and withdrawals. These limits can change and may vary by payment method. Any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm a transaction.
We do not accept deposits from payment sources that do not belong to you, and we may reverse or reject transactions that break these rules.
Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed or cancelled by you. Please check your selection and stake before you confirm.
The odds that apply are those shown and accepted at the time you place the bet, even if the odds move afterwards.
We may void a bet in situations that include:
Where a bet is voided, the stake is usually returned to your account balance.
Bets are settled based on the official result from the recognised governing body or organiser of the event. If official results are corrected, we may re-settle affected bets accordingly.
Any bonus, offer, or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. Where those terms differ from these general Terms, the offer-specific terms apply to that promotion.
Bonuses are for genuine play only. We may withdraw an offer, void bonus funds, or close an account where we detect bonus abuse, such as opening multiple accounts, colluding, or placing bets purely to exploit a promotion.
Dreambook is for users aged 18 and over. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or manage debt.
We offer tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits and self-exclusion. If you feel your betting is becoming a problem, please use these tools or reach out for support. You can read more on our Responsible Gaming page.
When using Dreambook, you must not:
Breaking these rules may lead to voided bets, forfeited funds, account closure, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.
We may suspend or close an account if we believe these Terms have been broken, if verification cannot be completed, if there is suspected fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Where an account is closed, we will return any withdrawable balance that is confirmed to be legitimately yours, after any required checks and after settling open bets.
The Dreambook name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network outages, third-party payment delays, or interruptions to live events.
You are responsible for the bets you place and for any funds you choose to stake. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or the law. We will post the current version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute connected with these Terms or your use of the platform is subject to those laws and to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
